Refund and Returns Policy for Carsurii

At Carsurii, we strive to provide the highest quality products to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you. Please read our refund and returns policy to understand the steps for returning or exchanging items.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return items that meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or email confirmation) is required for all returns.
  • Personalized or custom items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@carsurii.com or call (409) 994-2652 to inform us of your intent to return the product.
  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the item.
  3. Prepare the Package: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the proof of purchase. Attach the RA number to the return package.
  4. Ship the Item: Return the item to the address we provide, using a trackable shipping service.

Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for any return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund, and you may place a new order for the replacement item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly offer you a full refund or exchange for the item. To expedite the process, please send us photos of the damaged or defective item along with the order number.

6. Non-returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Clearance or final sale items.

7. Cancellation Policy
